First of all open your whatsapp
And click on send icon by which we send video, images and any document
see in the image and then click on it and after this you will see a new image there you will see documnet, gallery and more option generally we click on gallery but now you have to click on document.
There is the option ( browse other docs ) on the top
Click on this and than a new page will be open and you will see your mobile all video you have to pick that video which you want to send and whose lenth is more than 17 MB and after this you will see send option click on send and your video will be sent.
So this was the trick for send video more than 17 MB on whatsapp
